Community Dinners
Church in Regent Park is committed to caring and serving our community. We have been serving meals on Saturday evenings since 1995. We served at the CRC Building in Regent Park from 2003 until the pandemic. Now, we serve our meals at the Yonge Street Mission’s Davis Centre (270 Gerrard St. E).
Every Saturday from 5pm-6pm a free, hot meal is served in the gymnasium at the Davis Centre; you are welcome to join us! We are extremely thankful for the continued support of our partnering churches, businesses & hard-working volunteers that make these Community Dinners possible.
Lifegroups
Lifegroups are weekly gatherings that strengthen friendships, relevant discussions and provide support. One of our groups meet Wednesdays 7pm online.
Our other group meets Saturdays in-person at 270 Gerrard St. E at 5pm – the same time as our Community Meal.
Additional groups will be launched in the near future! They are open to people of all ages and a safe place to bring your questions. Email for more info: info@cirptoronto.ca.
Park Kids
Park Kids is a time of games, crafts , songs and teaching just for kids! Children from 4-13 meet on Sunday afternoons @ 3:30pm at Nelson Mandela Park school and can be picked up there at the conclusion of the service.
We currently have Park Kids sessions for two age groups: Elementary (Kindergarten – Grade 4) and Jr. High (Grade 5-8).
